Placing
an Order
All orders are to be made online using the physicallyelite.com shopping cart.
Items can be ordered and removed using the shopping cart functions from
the product description and check-out pages. While on the physicallyelite.com
site, shopping cart contents can be checked by clicking the shopping
cart link located on every page of the site. If for any reason, you
are having difficulty placing your order or you just have a question,
please call 1- and we will be glad to assist you.

Reminders
Service
The physicallyelite.com reminder service reminds you when it is time to
reorder. This function can be set up after your order is complete. You
can choose to be reminded in one month or up to six months from the time
of your initial purchase.

Payment Methods
physicallyelite.com accepts payments using Visa, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover. credit cards. If you would like to pay
by money order or check, please call our customer service department
at 1-888-329-1321 to place your order. Your order will be shipped to
you once your check or money order has been received.

Shipping
All orders over $100.00 are shipped free. Orders placed for less than
$100.00 will be charged a $5.00 shipping fee. There is no shipping charge
for downloaded products. Overnight service is also available for a $15.00
charge. Once an order has been received, a confirmation email will be
sent to notify that the order has been processed and is being prepared
for shipment. A second email will be sent when the order has been shipped
with the shipments tracking number. Please email any questions related
to shipping to orders@physicallyelite.com.
All orders
are processed within 24 hours. Although physicallyelite.com makes every effort
to ship the entire order as soon as it is received, some products will
occasionally be out of stock or backordered. In the event that an ordered
product is not in stock or on back-order, the remaining order will be
shipped without the out of stock or back-ordered product. Once the unavailable
product becomes available, it will be shipped at no additional charge
to the customer.

offers 2 shipping methods: standard and overnight. Standard shipping
takes 2-5 business days, and the overnight services takes one business
day (orders must be placed by 11:00 am EST to ensure that your package
will go out same day). Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be
processed for shipment on Monday. If your shipping address is a PO Box
or an APO address, your package will be shipped via US Priority Mail.

to your questions and improve our site. We do not currently share our
list of customers with anyone. physicallyelite.com may occassionally send
out emails to people who have placed an order online, offering more
